Darren was born and raised in North West Leicestershire, and is a graduate of Rose Bruford.
Working extensively in TV, his numerous screen credits include; multiple episodes of ‘Coronation Street’ and ‘Doctors’, both series of ‘The Capture’, ‘Heartbeat’, ‘The Bill’, ‘Goodnight Sweetheart’, ‘Casualty’, ‘The Tudors’, ‘Dream Team’, ‘The Long Firm’ and ‘Code Of A Killer’.
He has also appeared in the films ‘Endgame’, ‘Titanic Town’ and ‘Wounded’, featured in commercials for the UK and abroad, worked in theatre, and voiced a number of projects.
Darren is a passionate supporter of Leicester City Football Club, and he has been a season ticket holder for over 20 years.
